So You Cannot Cut & Paste Happiness, Can you? | It was one of these months where everything failed to work, whatever tried seemed doomed, the people around you just happened not to be in the mood, after all they have their own shit to deal with. You realize you cannot just cut and paste happiness to someone else that needs it the most.
That engine of fulfilment has to be fed only from within to generate that positive energy others see as happiness.
You can keep other people's agony outside of your sanctuary, saving yourself from draining the last pieces of energy you kept for a rainy day, and it was pooring lately.
How can you land some happiness with others near you, so they regain their power? Eventually helping you to pull forward.
Like a flock of vultures spinning above - all the toughts and concerns are running in circles eying the last 'energy crumbs' as if the jar was never full, so you need to take these away too and focus your mindset elsewhere.
It's a constant struggle one has to go through to keep the shine.
You play the right music, you read the right books, you crave on junk food or launch a new excercise program - whatever is more handy - that something that will sweat out the frastration or grease it in...
It's that list of five things you keep in the 'break in case of emergency' box that you follow when everything else failed.
So yeah, you are back on your feet, you listen to others and now wonder if you could ever cut & paste happiness, let them' others stop poisioning their own thoughts with more bad thoughts, and let them feel different for a few minutes so they realize that they have that muscle - that just needs to be trained.
You make them realize how good it feels to be happy for a moment, and then have some more.
Our brain is addictive but we are responsible for the flavors we throw into the addiction - it could be bitter and it could be sweet and unlike our interprtation our brain is single flavored, where you want no sugar added. You want it naturally sweet.
